I know there is someplace to get it done free, but I havent been able to come across it yet.

You can get "Willmaker Plus" for about $29 at Best Buy, fill in all the blanks, then have a qualified attorney review it and handle any necessary filings for a total of less than $100. It's not free, but this is too important a thing to try to save a few bucks.

Check at your local public library for a free legal assistance program, usually one evening per month. If that doesn't work out, you can find books from Nolo Press that can help (www.nolo.com) or software like WillMaker.
