hey am not saying for everything, but don't you think they should pay most of the time when dating? my b.f. is always too slow, i feel like he is waiting for me to pay. i would not want him to pay for everything all the time but i think i end up paying more often than him.

I say both should pay equally while dating?? I know i have spent my share and then some on women while dating. Now, we take turns on paying. So much easier.
If hes not paying his share cause hes being too slow then just wait on him untill he does.

I actually think that the best way is for each person to cover a date. On one date the guy pays, on the next date the girl pays, etc. This is what my gf and I have been doing and it works out well.

I agree with hotstuff. Don't make him feel obligated to pay all of the time. You buy a meal and then he pays for a meal. Even playing field for both of you.

i think you should have an understanding in your relationship of who pays. it should be the guy paying for the first dates though.

take turns. make him pay the big bills and you pay the tip -- for a beginning. after you get married -- then you pay the bills and he pays for the house. hope it helps. Good advice 2 follow --if you marry him.
