I think he should. Kane is considered one of the hardest working wrestlers in the WWE today. But aparently this issue has been brought up and Kane doesn't seem to think it is a big deal. Many people back stage have talked about Kane going out with a big bang. Ideas have included Kane getting the title and having a big run with it, teaming with The Undertaker again, fueding with The Undertaker again, and being the one who breaks The Undertakers undefeated streak at Wrestlemania. But Kane doesn't want to have any big pushes just because he is retireing. It is currently unknown just how Kane will go out.

WWE should allow Kane to hold the World Heavyweight Belt for at least 30 days before he retires next year. They should show him that much of respect, especially of his hard dedicated work to their company for several years.

He Deserves the title more than Edge and Cena ... I'm getting tired of both of them. Kane has done a lot in his career and deserves the title.

it would be nice to see him get a hold of it but i dont think that will happen and to answer mary b's question:
kane is a wrestler on raw and they think he should be wwe champ one more time before he retires.
Besides Kane has been a wwe champ before and has held more than that too.
