I have an HP pc and my sis has a dell..the pics come out fine on hers...how can I fix this? It's seems to be the pics taken at night or inside. The flash is working. Could it be going bad?

You didn't say if you are looking at them or printing them. I am guessing looking at - you can use many different programs to lighten the pictures but the whole problem may be with your monitor settings. Increase the brightness of your monitor and see if that helps.

Make sure your monitor profile is correct. Update your video drivers and find a monitor tester program to help calibrate the optimum brightness and contrast.

Right click on your desktop, go to properties, then settings.
Check to see that you are utilizing the highest Color Quality, and make sure your Screen Resolution are at the highest. this may help.

adjust the brightnes of your pc

or

use a software like photoshop cs2 or ACDSee to modify the brightnes of yours pics
