my friend said his email wasn't working. i checked it out and found that it could send, but not receive. do you know what settings to check for this? i sent an email to him that was undeliverable, and it looked like it might be seeing it as spam.

First of all, are you talking about web based email or Outlook ? Check the filters and blocked addresses. In Outlook make sure that the receiving and sending addresses are ok.

If he is using Outlook express or microsoft outlook i should be able to help him he has to check some setting for the POP and SMTP Servers for his server and that should fix it email me with the info and ill send you the required material aerien_riaz@yahoo.com

Who is the e-mail provider, yahoo, msn, is it an e-mail address from his own domain?
