Of course all expenses would be paid including any clothing, medical bills etc. but no fat pay cheque or pension scheme. Think of the savings that would be achieved and the experience that these individuals have would assist in running a business or a government. This truly would be serving your country.

It is not the wages that hurt,it is the money they steal for themselves and their buddies legally or under the table that really hurt the country.so let seniors have good time just keep a check on the career politicians.

No. The seniors have already done so much by the time they become seniors. If they want to do it that is one thing, but to specifically ask them to is something else. Politics is a nasty business. I wouldn’t ask anyone I respect to get into politics.

Old age political service? Or oaps would have to be qualified, no hard liquor drinkers allowed because politics is about comprimise and boozers can't, otherwise its how it used to be,before career political Lawyers took over.
