Hood might not be the problem check each fender one might be low Lay a straight milled 2x2 edge along the hood opening both sides place another across providing the ground is level and suspension is level the cross board should be level too! other measure from ceiling to fender both sides in a flat side to side garage. Good luck I have seen some frightful body work on Corvettes

If the hood fits perfectly on all four corners, as well as the other edges, then the metal has been stretched.
There are a number of metal shaping/shrinking tools that can be found with a google search.
Also, try http://allshops.org/cgi-bin/community/cfdirectory.cgi for information.
Before spending money on it, make sure that some palm pressure (being carful not to dent the hood) won't work her back down into place. It's amazing what can be done with some simple pressure carefully placed.
Good luck!

Return it if you can. Ecklers is a class operation and I can't see them wanting an inferior part in the market. If unable to return, weigh down the Rt side with a (smooth) sandbag with Lt side propped up a bit. Leave it in the sun for a couple hours -- may get lucky though it sounds like a forming error is causing problems.

Has the rt fender been damaged or replaced? If not, call Eckler's for advice. It's their product. They have taken back parts from me on a couple occasions with no pblms.
