I have my GED and graduated from one of the top ten schools in the nation. You have to give it a try. The GED will not discredit him.

Little to none. Any college is going to want you to have at least a GED and some will require the SAT also be taken. Best thing you can do to maximize your chances of getting in is to take your GED and then apply.

go to a jc college and do really well and apply to duke
