I got a small belly wich sticks out n is fat n if i do sit ups will it become flat and muscular or will there still be a belly and it will just turn hard? plz help me peepz

you can have strong abs and a big belly. If you strengthen your abs your belly fat probably won't get hard just the muscles. To actually see the ripple in your abs for men, you actually have to be at or under 10% body fat. So, it must be both abdominal strength and proper diet.

run, swim, or jump rope. anything aerobic is good for that
