Well, if by OK, do you mean "are you violating the law?" In most locations in the US, yes you actually are guilty of a few misdemeanors.
But, if by OK you are asking "is this OK by society's standards?" OK, well no most people would still feel you've done wrong.
Now put that video camera away and don't you dare post that video on the net! That would be entirely wrong, spanky. We knew which way your mind was going.

First of all it is naked not necked lol I thought she was probably a vampire lol and it is curtains. If she is stupid enough to leave them open then she must want somebody to see her.

I'm guessing whatever she's doing, you're peeping, and that's illegal in alot of places.
