You should seek help. You're obviously not very secure in your sexuality yourself, otherwise you would be able to say 'I'm not interested, sorry', then move on, like a normal person.

What does anyone else do if someone flirts with them and they are not interested? Tell the person no, politely or not as you prefer.
But attacking them is grounds for assault and battery, because words are not sufficient provocation.
As far as "challenging you as a man", it's sad that your self identity and self esteem are so fragile, and that you can feel so threatened just because something thinks you are handsome, but there are programs to help you with those lack of self confidence.

You have as much right to be free from sexual harassment as a homosexual person has to self-expression.
Flirting is a pretty general description of non-harassing activity.
If it continues, even though you make it clear you are not gay and are not interested, then it may be crossing the boundary into rude behavior or worse. But since you aren't specific, you may be interpreting mere friendliness as a sexual come-on.
Leagally, words and body language can only be challenged with words and body language. If you feel harassed, summon your best "go to hell" glare and tell the person to leave you alone.
Stand up for your rights.

Simply tell him that you are flattered (even if you aren't) but you are not gay.
Why would you want to hurt him? Would that prove that you're a manly man, if you beat up a gay guy? What's next for you, finding the woman of your dreams, clubbing her over the head, and dragging her back to your cave?
Homosexuality isn't a contagious disease, man. Stop acting like it is.

This actually happens to me allot. even when I,m out with my fiance I get hit on by women.
I take it as a complement. usually once they know your not interested in that type of relationship they back off.
You don,t have to be rude tho.
It might be harder for a guy to be open with another guy but just remember. they are just doing what comes naturally to them. you should think yourself lucky that Gay males find you attractive they generally have good taste.

Good lord man, are you ever insecure!
I'm as gay as you can get, and I am just as male and masculine as any straight dude. In fact, if you met me, you'd never know I was unless I or someone else told you...
Get a grip, closet case.

Well, first of all, he is not challenging you as a man. The only person who can challenge you as a man is you.
If this is someone you know well, explain that you are not interested, he is not your type. If he is not someone you know, the leave it alone. You won't see him again anyway, so is he really worth your freedom?

I work with alot of gay guys and the best thing to do is make sure he is gay not just a cool guy. Once you have established that, just hold up your hand and so No Thanks. If the guy still pursues you .....Punch him in the face, he will get your not interested!

If your really a man you would tell him straight up that you don't swing that way. But since it seems like your not, you wouldn't know that would you?
