William Perry was Clinton's first Secretary of Defense and William S. Cohen was Clinton's second Secretary of Defense.

Condoleeza Rice did not serve under Clinton. She's never held the position of Secretary of Defense.

Condoleeza Rice has worked in George W. Bush's Cabinet as National Security Advisor and is currently Secretary of State (she replaced Colin Powell, who had to face the embarrassment of giving the weapons of mass destruction argument for invading Iraq to the UN).

Dr. Jocelyn Elders is the only African-American that I can remember serving in a upper level position in the Clinton administration. She served as Surgeon General.

Very funny but, wrong as you well know. I see lots of folks missed the point. Wasn't wasted on me.I love it
the first black President BJ Clinton had no blacks in his admin.
Why the racist was favored by blacks amazes me still.
The hated President Bush has too many to count in his admin.

No. She is an over promoted troll of this administration, that didn't mind seeing minority women and children like herself blown to smitherens by Israeli bombs. The woman is a disgrace.

Clinton had more class.. except for Monica 'he just never ever had sex with the woman' Lewinsky.
