This sounds like a trick question.
Sounds to me as though your gf wanted you to do that, but you didn't want to and she gave you a hard time over it.
Well, you should have done it, no question.
And yes, I would want my boyfriend to run his hands through my hair while I was watching tv.
I would want him to run his hands through my hair ALL the time.

I love when my hubby plays with my hair!! It feels wonderful! Some women are weird about their hair, though -- I personally don't understand it, but hey... whatever. I find it very relaxing, and it's good for your scalp.
