during the regular season even if you have an amazing rush average your running backs stamina drops......other than training and devoting all points to stamina, how can i stop it from dropping?

Play like they do in the real NFL: run different backs for short yardage situations and third downs. To make doing that easier, you could just set up your different playbook categories to use different backs, so use I-form for one back and singleback/strong/weak or whatever your other strong running plays are in with another back.

Every once in a while put your backup RB in to give the starter a rest. If you run consecutive plays with the same player he will get tired faster.
