Photoshop is so good compared to the free ones that it is like asking "what free painting can you find in the trash that is like the ceiling of the Sistine Chapel?" The answer is always nothing you get for free is any good by comparison.

BUT TRY PAINT SHOP PRO U CAN GET THEM OFF OF LIMEWIRE FOR FREE.
