I am from Europe(especially from Czech republic)and word ,,rucksack,,is from Czech language and we write like a ,,ruksak,, and it mean tucker-bag or backpack...some of big backpack for to travel...

the word ruck or ruck-en mean`s (back) (or in back of) in the German Language. and the word (sack) in English mean`s. well you know what the word (sack) mean`s in English. so the word rucksack would mean backpack in the English Language.

It is a noun. Its defination is a large bag, usually with two straps and often with a supporting frame, carried on the back and used especially by walkers and climbers.
