I am wondering where to find nice cashmere for cheap that has a good selection of petite, regular and plus sizes.

Costco offers amazing prices on regular sizes of cashmere (up to XL) - but they have not moved into the petite or plus market yet.
Check out Land's End for quality cahmere in all sizes :-)
