I know it Slaq. But the Russian underground ??!!!
My favourites are the oriental exquisite pieces of art: From the snuff hand-made bottles to the so gorgeous temples !! And oh .......the intelligent and crafty pieces of art when one cannot view anything with a simple eye....how did they do it ??

I like the Rodin replica in Paris. Just cause I think it's cool to have a sculpture like that in a subway/métro/tube station!
Edit: I've seen just a bit of the Moscow subway/underground. Some very nice art there hanging out with the people. I only saw a few stations that were kind of gloomy. I liked the airiness of station with the Thinker. As you know I wouldn't be driving in Paris so I loved the métro system ! :-)
Ever seen the movie "Le Métro"? About this guy who lived in the system. I wanted to be like him. Also starred Isabelle Adjani!

My favorite stuff is the work of Gaudi scattered throughout Barcelona. Sagradia Familia, and the parc Guille are two great examples but there are pockets of his stuff all over the city.

Pluto and Persephone Sculpture by Bernini in the Galleria Borghese, Rome.
You can see the imprint of Pluto's hand in Persephone's side as he drags her off, and a tear trails down her face as she fights him off...and this is in marble. It's amazing.

The memorial for the soldiers who died in Vietnam. It was the first time that a chunk of rock ever made me cry.

I don't know about it being the nicest but i would have to say "stonehenge." I just find it to be so mysterious and historical and puzzling. But i like things like that. That's just my opinion.
