Seems the ground got saturated prior to the wind hitting. This caused it to lean about 10%

The ground will dry out over time, so before that happens, tilt it back in the right direction. Now, as the ground dries out, you'll want to fill the space you made as you titled it. I suggest sand or small gravel. Don't use cement unless your post are metal.

Dig around fence post. Straighten it and brace. Fill hole with cement. Posts should be treated lumber the cement wont hurt them.You don't have to dig a wide hole but try to get it as deep as you can.

take stobs and drive them in the ground at an angle to push the fence back straight.
