Three c-sections, and that never happened. Maybe, talk to the RNs and ask what they think.

I've had two c-sections and I never had blood ooze from the incision. I would ask though, is there any excessive pain around the incision? Is there redness or pus? Does it burn? Do you feel sick to your stomach? Are you running a fever?
If no to all of those, then I would just trust the doctor. If you answered yes to any of them, I would get a second opinion.
Considering that you just had a c-section just a year ago, the blood may be normal just because you didn't give your body adequate time to heal from the last operation before you were pregnant and stressing the area again. You are quite the mommy for having them that closely together. Are you getting any sleep at night?

No - that doesnt sound normal, but then you havent given many details. ive had c-sections & i havent had it easy with the recoveries, but ive never had sudden bleeding whilst coughing etc.
sure it can ooze a bit if you are more active or maybe it will be a problem in one area - open up slightly, pucker in at one end or bleed a little & scab over again etc, but not in a big way - just in that its taking a while to heal. maybe this is whats happening?
if its red & inflamed, oozing gunk, feels hot to touch or you feel feverish then you may have an infection - get help straight away. remember that this time round you have a young tot as well as a baby to look after & that maybe you arent resting as much as you did last time round. thats a BIG factor as well as the fact that your last c-section wasnt all that long ago...
i would trust your doctor on this one - each recovery is different & in some ways they can be more difficult the more you have. howver use your own judgement, if you are worried then seek advice, its better that you get reasured than spend time worrying.
take care & congratulation on the birth of your little one.

If it is merely oozing, this is normal. If it continues and bleeds to the point where it runs down your abdomen and soaks through clothes, that is not. The best thing to do is watch the incision. If there is no redness or swelling, it is unlikely to be infected. Also watch for foul smelling discharge. If your incision seems to be separating, you should be seen by your doctor again. This will pass, but keep an eye out for the things I mentioned.

Keep a diary about this. Protect your wound, clean it daily, keep it dry, do not lift or strain yourself.
If you see swelling, redness, puffiness, or heat in the incision area, go visit the doctor. If you see puss coming out and feel ill...go to the hospital.
You are the master of your body...not your doctor. If you feel something is wrong...give yourself permission to see a doctor.

I haven't experienced that and I think I might get another opinion from a different doctor if I were you...

I never had bleeding from my incision I would talk to your doctor. it is better to ask and it be nothing, than to not ask and it be something.

NEVER HAD A C-SECTION, BUT THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU SHOULD GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. ITS LIKE FIVE DAYS AFTER THE SURGERY, THE DEFINITELY DHOULD NOT BE OCCURING!
GOOD LUCK
