Your picture is hard to tell from, but since you are still young you won't need much makeup! Just keep it natural, start with some light pretty eyeshadow and lip gloss. Try dark mascara(very in right now), or smoky eyeliner for night time.

Anyway, I think you would look good with a blue/bronze eyeshadow some maskara (spelling?) and some shimering clear gloss! Some bronze blush would be cute.
