lifting an injunction wrongly imposed.?

reason being that other party have an ulterior motive to remove or ignorecertain rights of easements contained in my title deed.

You will have to appear infront of a judge to have the injunction lifted. You will have to prove the easement actually existed so gather some evidence of any type you can including statements from other users or people who knew of the easement.
