Yes you need to make sure you had a complete miscarriage!! If it was an incomplete miscarriage (although it doesnt sound like one) it can cause you problems in the future

Yes, you really do just to make sure everything is okay. A friend of mine miscarried, never went to the doctor and she got pregnant again and had a lot of complications because the miscarriage she had was not properly cleaned out.

To be on the safe side I would say yes. You need to be checked to be sure no infection can set in and that all evidence of your miscarried baby have been expelled from your body.
They may even decide to give you an antibiotic to take.

Please go see your doctor. The miscarriage could be due to other health problems. If you want to get pregnant again in the near or very far future or at all concerned about your health. Please see a doctor.

i dont see why you should go if your feeling alright. If you start cramping again, or spotting, maybe... but why go now??
For your peace of mind maybe you can call the office and just talk to one of the nurses on duty. That might be a little comforting. Or if you still feel you need to go maybe that is your body telling you something is going on...... so then go.
