I wish I could answer that for you .... but there are so many people who really just can't drive. It really annoys the hell out of me.

that depends on who is driving, usally women dont know how to drive because of some reason, or ppl are taking drugs before they go out driving, sure they look normal and look like they know what there doing but they probly have no idea what they are doing, and some ppl just blab away on their cell and dont pay attention and end up rear ending you
