I am a 21 yrs old and really desperate for a boob job.I try saving but then the baby always needs something and im back to square one. Anyone got any suggestions in the best way to save.

Boob job? So you can look like everyone else with aweful, ugly fake, plastic boobs? Also, you are 21. Lots of women's bodies change around age 23 ... you may want to wait until you grow into yourself. Get a water bra. Take care of the baby.
As for you, maybe you should get a gym membership so you can feel better about your body without selling out to the land of mutant women! Good luck.

Capital One just started this finance program for plastic surgery procedures, so if you really want to get that boob job you might want to consider getting a capital one card. that way you can pay the bill off in installments. They are very flexible and you can make a plan where you pay it off in 18 months to 5 years.
You can also try calling up/emailing the Howard Stern show, he used to offer breast jobs to chicks if they needed it and if they showed him the before and after.

Well you could try supplementing household income by working extra..........but..........honestly I would save your money and your health........seriously ask yourself 'would this change my life so much better than I have already been blessed in so many ways?' and then remember we all have something we want to change about ourselves and its not always possible! I n the long run I think smaller boobs is healthier, sexier, and much more comfy!

Give up one thing...like a soda pop a day, or coffee, or something like that. If you are drinking a diet Coke a day, that could really add up! Put it in a separate account!

some plastic surgeons offer financing, really low monthly payments, i would say that would be the best way, of course that may be impossible if you don't have enough income for another payment
