well that all depends on your strength :) but if i were you i would give up the pizza, if he were small maybe i would reconsider- but a large ghoul forget about it

Well, I've never wrestled a ghoul. But once I was attacked by a vampire. She swooped down on top of me, ripped my insides out and flung them against the wall, drug me up the side of a 3 story building, and then finished me off. Then, I'm coming back as a vampire in the sequel.
SO JUST GIVE HIM THE PIZZA ALREADY!

Just give him the pizza, for cryin' out loud! If he's desperate enough to eat a DiGiorno pizza, he's desperate enough to fix Answer_Dude sandwiches on whole wheat.
While he's choking on the DiGiorno drywall crust, go order yourself a Domino's thick crust pepperoni with extra cheese. . .and taunt him with it when it gets there. Revenge is a dish best served with oregano, after all.

Your only option is to flee - ghouls cannot be defeated when they hunger for cooked cheese! I mayself was slain by a ghoul last year in this exact circumstance - it took me months as a ghost to rebuild my broken body so I could return to life.
While he is feasting on the pizza rob his home for cash and buy another pizza. Also when he is sated then he is vulnerable to you so kill him when he is full of food.

Do like Harry Potter did with the troll. Stick something in his nose and then hit him on the head with a pan. I think you can take him.
If you dont want to fight give him half.
