You can get that only at 2 places, a junkyard with a wrecked model vehicle you are looking for or a mitsubishi dealer.

What type of wiring harness are you looking for? If it's just one to connect an aftermarket stereo, you can pick it up at best buy, circuit city, or anywhere else that sells car audio. If you're looking for another type of harness, then the dealer or junkyard is your best bet.

I personally do not posses one but you might could check with your local salvage yards. There are several close to me that allow you to pull your own parts or for a fee will pull it for you as well. Look in yellow pages under salvage yards would be best place to start.
