Anyone know how I can make it hang so it looks impressive and masculine? I have normal sized nuts, but it seems like my coin purse is too small for my yarbles.

There is no correction for the condition of 'puppy nuts' you describe. Luckily since it is accompanied with a small penis everything will appear to be in proportion.
You can still seem masculine and impressive if the right partner comes along.

well if ur still immature this means they havent dropped yet which is normal... or if ur boys r always cold they stick tight together so that they stay warm enuff to produce sperm... y dont u try like pullin them down or make em warm
