Stop and Start Method
Drs. Master and Johnson pioneered this method of identifying and controlling sensations through sexual stimulation. It can be accomplished with or without a partner. This method requires that the man engage in sexual stimulation until he realizes that he is about to ejaculate. Stimulation is then removed for about thirty seconds and resumed. These steps are repeated until ejaculation is desired. In the final step of the sequence, stimulation is continued until a climax is achieved.
Squeeze Method
The Squeeze Method also involves sexual stimulation until just prior to the "point of no return". At this time, the man or his partner gently squeezes the tip or the base of the penis for several seconds. Further stimulation is withheld for 30 seconds and is then resumed. The man or the couple may choose to repeat the sequence and continue stimulation until ejaculation occurs.
Biofeedback Therapy
In Biofeedback Therapy a man is encouraged to become aware of the muscles that control ejaculation and relax them in order to control his body functions. A rectal plug is required to stimulate these muscles.
Drug Therapy
Some studies have revealed that low doses of antidepressants such as Anafronil, Prozac, and Zoloft have been effective in prolonging ejaculation by up to 5 - 10 minutes. There are, however, a few side effects.
It is important to note that this therapy is NOT approved by the FDA.
Desensitizing Creams
The application of desensitizing creams serves to lessen the sensations felt by men during intercourse. The underlying basis of this treatment is that men can maintain an erection for a longer period of time. However, many men have found intercourse to be less pleasurable due to decreased stimulation.
Different Sexual Positions
A man's ability to control his ejaculation can be affected by the sexual positions a couple engages in. Engaging in coitus while on his back gives the partner control and allows the man to feel more relaxed and allows him to guide his partner. Controlling ejaculation while on top of your partner (the missionary position) is much more difficult.
Non-FDA-approved medications
There are other creams, suppositories, sprays, drops and other non-FDA-approved medications that are available on the market. Although these products do not cure premature ejaculation, patients may feel enhanced self-esteem due to their homeopathic effects.
Counseling
Sessions with licensed sex therapists and/or marriage counselors may address and identify marital and relationship issues that can often be underlying cause of premature ejaculation.

Hey,
A good natural remedy for premature ejaculation can be found on this site http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
Rapid climax, early ejaculation, premature ejaculation, whatever you call it, it’s a problem plaguing hundreds of men, although many might not admit it. That’s because ever since ancient times sexual performance has been linked to a man’s virility and masculinity. It’s easy to understand then why a man might want to avoid talking about his ejaculation concerns, either with his partner or anyone else. However, premature ejaculation is actually the most common sexual problem faced by men. Whether it is a persistent concern, or just an occasional incident, most men have reported having some trouble with controlling their ejaculation at one point or another.

Bes thing to do is watch porn without masturbating. Then after you've done this a few times (over a few days) watch porn and masturbate (but STOP before you orgasm). Let yourself rest a few minutes and then pleasure yourself again (without cummin).
Then after you've done this a few times, go all the way. Keep doing this practice until you can last 5-10 minutes of masturbating while watching porn. You will notice the progress.
What you'll do here is get your mind and body used to sexual stimulation. It's kind of like when a certain part of your body os really sensitive (under arm or feet), but if you expose them to stimulation over time you becoem less ticleish or more tolerant of being tickkled).

Not a problem I've had, rather the opposite, but a sure-fire cure is to de-sensitise your rod, and you can do this by getting used to going commando - not wearing any underpant-aloons, start for just a couple of hours, and work your way up to a stiff pair of jeans, all day. Your bits are too excitable right now, they need to be calmed down, and toughened up.
Good luck.

you have to slowly ease yourself to your climax then when you feel you are going to come you slow down or stop to prevent ejaculation, then you start again after a while you last longer, also try and think of something that does not turn you on like monday morning at work.
good luck. i wouldn't let your problem off dating when you find the right woman she will want to help.

You'll never know till you try. So stop panicking and start looking for a woman. There's things you can do to satisfy her instead of you going in a huff with yourself if you ejaculate too soon. If you provide enough foreplay, she might just beat you to it!

The Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM IV) defines premature ejaculation as a persistent or recurrent ejaculation with minimal sexual stimulation before, on or shortly after penetration and before a person wishes. Wow, that’s not a sexy definition. Personally, I define it as you come quicker than you or your partner wants. Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation https://tr.im/533f4

well practice, yeah masterbate, dont just go for gold take it easy, think of grandparents having sex that helps. Also I used to have that problem and when I did pop off early, Id start to kiss her and stuff then go again and let her finish because after you do pop you wont have to worry about popping early if you go right back at it, so both of you get a happy ending and well you get two!
