a boy and girl in relationships are friends but both prob want more. After lots of getting on and flirting and then great friendship one goes all cold when around socalled friend. Other feels let down and lost especially as socalled friend seems to have disposed of good friend in favour of another 'opportunity'

What my question means is... I like the guy, Im in a relationship, we were close friends but now he is single he is blanking me, not responding to me in the fun way we had at work and has another interest so no longer texts me, what Im asking is should I stay friends because he seems to need me when he is upset and Im the only one he talks to or am I being used and my feelings hurt for no reason?

i think its rude the fact that he only needs to talk to u wen HE is havin problems and wen HE needs someone to talk to. I'm not surprised that u feel let down cos i wud feel the same, it has happened to me b4 and was not nice. A lot of flirtin went on but nothing was said directly, then all of a sudden he went funny with me, and i found out it was bcos he had found a "rich" girl who he was interested in, but then he stil tried to chat to me wen he needed a shoulder to cry on, and its not on, maybe i sound selfish by saying this to u cos he may have had his reasons, but at least have the decency to explain to u why he has changed towards u.
