You quote poems and articles. Titles of novels....books...and movies are underlined.

Underline entire works: books, movies, newspapers. Poems, articles, chapters are put in quotation marks.

No, you do not underline Poems Titles. I did once in college (in a creative writing class) and the instructor placed a red mark on it. . .so. . .I never did it again.

always underline it.
in some cases its bolded too
