No one has ever suggested that it did. Oil is a fossil fuel, but dinosaurs are not the only fossils in the world. The fossil that oil comes from is plant material, which has decomposed and been stored under incredible pressures for eons of time. Think of a swamp, where vegetation is slowly rotting and sinking to the bottom. More and more piles up on top of it. Through climate changes and land shifts (techtonic plate strikes and upheavals) etc. the muck filled swamp goes underground and has the weight of tons and tons of rock and earth on top of it. These are the conditions under which oil is formed.

Not just dinosaurs.
Fossil fuels (oil, natural gas and coal - that's why they're called fossil fuels) were formed from vegetation and yes, dinosaurs, deposited during the Carboniferous through the Permian eras which extended 380 to 245 million years ago.
As the plants and animal life died, they were buried under mud which gradually hardened into rock. The rotting plants and decayed animal were squashed between heavy layers of the rock and heated by the earth. Over millions of years they changed into coal, oil and natural gas deposits.

There is no proof. Because it didn't come from dinosaurs. Is this a religious thing? Some creationists believe the universe (not just the earth) is very young (like less than 6,000 years old) and the whole oil thing is just a hoax invented by evil evolutionists.

No, because it didn't. Fossil fuel came from single-celled marine plants that stored their energy in the form of wax. This is why oil is found under salt domes or shale (petrified mud).
