yes my music loving yahoo using comrade, the answer is shaggy feat. rik rok and the song is "it wasn't me" and it has to be said it is rather a bland effort in comparison to his older material, in fact he quite peed me off with it and its constant blaring out on the radio and mtv, it reminds me of the pet shop boys songs "WHAT HAVE I DONE TO DESERVE THIS?" and "IT'S A SIN"
