If Answers find abuse has occured, they can remove the answer or question.

They may block a person's IP after repetative offensives.

Click on the abuse tab fill in the email the anser link on the page and your comments are emailed to Yahoo centre who look at it then delete the question or answer you the get a violation notice via email or you cannot acess yahoo services any more

if you report abuse to the company, then the company reads it and sees if it is abuse. if so then the company will remove this from there page, and the user will receive a warning. if it is done again then it is likely that the user will be banned from that site, and their account (if one) may be closed.

THEY GET TOLD OF , REPORTED OFTEN ENOUGH I THINK THEY ARE PUT OUT OF ANSWER'S
