I suggest you dress more professionally. 19" skirts at the shortest, if you want to wear a skirt. 7 1/2" inseam shorts or longer. Heels are fine. Blouses should not show everything....you look like trash when you do that. I suggest stores like Charlotte Russe and NY & Co. Wet Seal is too young and too trashy.

Shop at Macy's.
I kid you not. They have a whole section dedicated to professional wear that doesn't make you look like you're thirty. Those brands are called XOXO and Rampage. BCX too, but I'm not really a fan of thier brand. Also at Macy's try anything that's by American Rag and Necessary Objects.
One more store you should try is Charlotte Russe. I know a lotta people I've spoken to don't like it, but I have found some amazing stuff in there. I'm not gonna say a thing about Forever 21, I hate that store, and I hate Old Navy. I feel like Old Navy is strictly for Young Hippies.
21 year olds can get away with denim denim denim all day long. Tunics, boots. Looser items on top is the style right now. Cute sweater blouses for fall. You get the idea :).
