i would say seattle because
1. last year they won their crowed won the 12th man award for most false start calls in a game.
2. seattle's defense led them to the super bowl last year
3. indianapolis is more based on offense rather than defense. don't get me wrong their defense is better than most teams in the NFL
4. (you stated this) the colts are playing the giants which are a much tougher team than the lions who the seahawks are playing.
The choice is yours, but i reccomend you use seattle in week 1

Being a Lions fan, I think you should definetly start Seattle. The Lions will probably make many mistakes, which is the norm. I expect at least 4 sacks and 1 interception from Seattle, whom I will be starting for my Fantasy Team. I think the Colts defense has a much tougher matchup against NY because Eli has something to prove going against his brother.

Easy pick. Take Seattle. Detroits offense has stuggled for years now. They are learning a new system now too so I think Seattle will win the turn over battle easy. Plan on Seattle getting to interceptions and a probably a fumble and holding Detroit to under 20.

Take Seattle (espcially if they're at home) Kitna will struggle for the first 2 weeks.
