Does anyone know where I can send my CD of original works for a free appraisal.

Impossible. The best way is to get the material out there independently. use my space, or just build a website for yourself or band. Any where you send an original CD to will not accept it unless it has been through yours and their solicitor. un-solicited material gets thrown in the bin, and deleted if its an email. This is because of unsigned bands dragging artists/record company's etc through court when another act comes out with a similar track after they have had a listen to their disk.So its either a website and hard work or a solicitor.

no almost any apprasal will include a fee because of the many tapes sent in to various places and the time of the employees having to listen and write a review.

Sadly the God that was John Peel is no more, and with him went this sort of opportunity. Good Luck in your search though

Give it to someone you pretty much know will HATE it - they'll soon pick it to pieces and tell you EXACTLY what they think of it! lol Never give it to mates or family members, they're only ever say it's good... :roll:
