Yea, use shaving cream. Disposable razors like Bic, in my opinion, are meant for shaving large amounts of hair and I find they work quite well on my head but not too well on my arms and legs. Venus and Schick Extreme III are my recommendations. Do this in the shower because water greatly speeds up the process.

I've had the same problem and then I asked an esthetician, she said to exfoliate your skin first in the shower before you shave. Use like a sugar scrub or anything with scrubby stuff in it, then shave, you'll see really good results. Also, I know this sounds kinda funny but once or twice a week, rub about two tablespoons of olive oil on your skin, it works wonders!!

Plucking (tweezing), Shaving, Depilatory creams and Waxing are temporary hair removal methods.

Waxing usually lasts for 3 weeks, but it is painful.

Electrolysis and laser hair removal are "permanent" hair removal methods but are expensive and you have to find a trained professional, otherwise your skin could be damaged.

Talk to your doctor. If it's series then you need a professional. But if it' s the typical shaving your legs every other day thing then try waxing. Or neer.
