It looks like the Colts have a tougher game against NY Giants, whereas the Seahawks play against the Detroit Lions.

Indy and NYG will probably be a Manning shootout, and that of course, hurts the D stats.
Meanwhile, the Seahawks have to play the Detroit Pussycats. Detroit has no kind of offense, so.......................
Obviously, play Seattle as ur D, and expect some big points from them
