lots and lots of squats and lunges. along with that there are other exercises like, getting on all fours and lifting one leg at a time in a 90 degree angle and various different positions for your legs while being on your 4's. also, something i got from the carmen electra striperobics video, stand up straight with feet shoulder length apart, slightly crouch and sway your hips to one side bring it back to center and tdo that again to the other side. it works i swear

Wearing a thong or g-string and tight pants cause your butt to look bigger butt it gives you a horrible wedgie and your whale tail sticks out more than normal

DO plenty of lunges.. Check out the new butt on Jessica Beil.. She has a big booty and said she got it from doing lots of lunges... She didnt grow that thing overnight.. LOL It builds the butt muscles and makes them round and tight.

work out the upper leg to tighten the butt and eat lots of corn bread but work out those thighs still

Just get a pair of jeans with small pockets on the booty. It will give the illusion of a bigger booty.

I've read that J Lo uses a combination of lunges and squats to give her booty its shape... good luck!

stairs yes. also get on your hands and knees and keeping your leg bent press your heel into the air. this is an excellent booty builder! you will know because you will feel it.
