There ae some basic rules. If you're wearing a short skirt, you don't wear a revealing top. And vice-versa. So if your neck line is plunging you shouldn't be able to see your knickers when you bend down!
Same works with make up, you either have really dark eyes or really made up lips- never both or you risk looking like a drag queen.
Also always be aware of the situation and context of your outfits, make up and hair-dos. A short black dress, vampy lips and killer heels is sexy to a posh night out where as it would look slutty down the pub.
