Mix up some oatmeal with almonds and honey in a blender.
It doesn't really matter how much - you will use it as a scrub on your face.
(Just use more oatmeal and almonds than honey.)

The crushed almonds will exfoliate your skin, the oatmeal will smooth it and the honey will moisten it.

First off, start with a balanced multivitamin. An extra but not too much Vitamin E will help too. This will help your skin from within. All the creams and lotions won't fix malnourished skin. Secondly, use a loofa to gently abrade the dead skin off that everyone has everyday or every other day in the shower with a mild soap. Pat dry but not too dry and apply a quality moisturizer.

After you wash your face pat it dry and apply the white of an egg with a cotton ball. Let dry. Then rinse off with warm water. It tightens the pores.
