I highly recommend you download SUPERantispyware. It will fix that problem. It is VERY VERY effective and it is free.

AFTER youve followed the other advice I suggest that to stop this in future you create a 'bank' of email addresses in Yahoo / Hotmail etc & use them for diff purposes eg one for on line shopping, another for registering products, another for competitions etc & then if one of them attracts lots of spam, dump it & create a replacement. Some email providers already have a service like this whereby all of these 'additional' addresses are delivered to your main address but the main address is not exposed to spam so you dont ditch it only the 'additional' addresses.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

just stay away from porn and ull be relatively spyware free
still u DO need to get something to scan ur computer once in a while... and norton dont cut it

Clean your PC with SuperAntiSpyware free edition, ad-aware, and spybot search & destroy.
Ask again if that doesn't sort it.
