Let us get something straight. Yes, Thanos has no visible pupils. However, neither does Madcap. However, he still used the Penance Stare on him, which affected him. That even though Thanos likes pain even he has a limit and that the onslaught of all the pain he's inflicted on his victims hitting him at once would overwhelm even him.
Ghostrider puts tons of adamantium spikes through Thanos. Then he places the chain he has like in the form of a spear through him in his heart or brain for as long as he can takes it out. Thanos takes out the spikes is weaker which gives Ghostrider a chance to put the chain down his mouth and use it take his heart out. Also he could further choke him in the larynx along with his chain not going to have the strength to fight it off with him being weakened and then die. On the other hand, he puts tons of adamantium spikes through him plus the heart where his eyes are and then use the chain through his brain. Grab around the neck squeeze painful he opens then the chain inside his mouth down to the heart and have it wrap around the heart. Bring his heart out now he would be at an extreme disadvantage. However, he would refuse to quit but he will still lose. Ok put the chain spear back in coming out the back wrap the rest around his neck and he uses his superhuman strength and further increase the pain which is harder to breath with nothing to slow the bleeding. This being after Thanos takes the spikes out of him in the brain larynx brain plus the heart.
What I have just wrote are scenarios where Thanos is abused by Ghostrider he is stopped and would go down against Ghostrider. He would be able to break his neck with what I listed. Let us not forget Ghostrider defeating Thanos. He will go through so much pain and suffering he is going to wish he was never born and never caused so much suffering because the old saying what goes comes around and it came around for him today getting the pain and suffering he deserves.

Seriously with a spike pulled out of his laranyx plus the brain and his heart Thanos will be weaker. The odds of him winning are slim to none. He would just get completly dominated go down fighting but still lose in the process while not begging for his life because it is not his style.

Ok people. Ive been holdin back WAY to long. Thanos is not getting his credit in the world that he is entitled to. He is one of the most unstoppable forces in the Marvel world. His accomplishments are FAR beyond most characters in Marvel. The man has obtained The Infinity Gems to form The Infinity Gauntlet and killed half of the whole UNIVERSES life with the snap of his fingers! All for his one and ultimate love, Mistress Death. THE MAN LOVES DEATH!!! Come on! How do you stop a mad man who loves pain, anguish, destruction, DEATH! Ya don't. And that's just ONE of his many reigns of terror! So to all those who do not believe that Thanos is a formable opponent.....Think again! And read up on the man who is The Mad Titan Thanos!

okay, hear me, Ghost Rider is a product of the Devil. Do you really think Thanos can really handle what Ghost Rider can dish out on Thanos ? No Brainer Ghost Rider Hands Down. I could be wrong but I do not think so.

Thanos has lived through far more than adamantium spikes, and could vaporize Ghost Rider with a thought, even without the infinity gems.
Ghost Rider vs the Vision or Adam Warlock- ok, that's more of an even fight...
