if you are running norton it usualy does that for you on setup.if it didnt then just goto the control panel -look for the firewall and open it,turn it off from there.

yes , after you switch off the firewall . the window will ask you to choose one of the firewall which is in your computer.(Zone alarm is better than Norton)

yes. start>connect to>show all connections>right-click network card>properties>advanced>windows firewall>off>apply.
if you have a router that has a built-in firewall i suggest using that instead of norton

norton is a bad firewall, as like other norton products, it hogs memory and processing power. there are free alternatives, like the free zone alarm....
