On the old messenger, under the drop down - contacts- you could type in someone's s/n and check out their profile. With this new messenger, I can't do that now. Is this an error in the program or what can I do? I don't want to add someone just to see their profile. If anyone still uses the last version of messenger, will you please get in contact with me and lets talk about sending it to me as I am fed up wit this new one!! I love 360 but hate this messenger w/voice!! Thanks so much,

the new messenger doesnt have anything like that and it sucks but you can get the old messenger at this link

I don't know much about the new yahoo messenger but you can use this alternative till you find out a resolution. You can go to profiles.yahoo.com/
