Five days isn't long enough. Sure, you'll be able to see all the sights. Make sure to include a weekend in those five days. They're going to go by fast!

Each time a person feels of San Francisco feels at a giant Global Orange-coloured link, a park spanning more than 1,000 acres or a city where modern artwork and tradition and if you are enthusiastic about this city then this is the place to begin hotelbye . Among the points for everything you must visit San Francisco is PIER 39. From incredible opinions and a sea of sea lions to chowder bread containers and California wines, your visit to San Francisco starts at PIER 39. This place is probably the most visited destination in San Francisco. It gives two quantities of food, activity, shopping and attractions, all surrounded by unbeatable views of the town and the bay. Positioned over the historical San Francisco waterfront, PIER 39's place offers the image great foundation for postcard opinions of the Golden Gate and Bay Bridges, Alcatraz, Angel Island and the popular town skyline.

I live in San Francisco, so neither is nearly enough for me. I meet many tourists and act as an informal tour guide often. I can tell people things to see including the usual touist routes and some things tourists rarely see. I think a week is better than five days...but I'm prejudiced.

I'm pretty sure that 5 days is more than enough in San Fransisco. I mean, you can visit Angel Island and Alcatraz. Then you can visit Crooked Street, Fisherman's Wharf, and all the piers. You should also try to go shopping(I absolutley love all the stores). Be sure to have some Kettle Corn while you're there. San Fransisco has the BEST kettle corn i've ever had.

It could easily be done in two days, depending on what you have in mind. If you are talking about a vacation, spend 3 nights in San Fran and 2 nights in Napa, Sonoma, or Mendocino. : )

Five days should be fine. You may want to take a day to visit the wine country and Marin Headlands, but SF itself just isn't that big.
