I'd be flying from either Manchester or Liverpool (UK) and would need flights, accomodation, transport (I don't drive so it'd be public transport or taxis), as well as food and sundries.

I'm looking at going sometime in the new year and for at least a week, maybe more if there's a cheap deal going.

Are there any all-inclusive package deals available or even just 'hotel and flight' deals?

look into the bank st. hostel...i think they may have bizarre hours (i.e. you may have to be back in your room by 11 or midnight) but i know it's cheap as sin. also the society hill hotel --bar/restaurant downstairs...rooms upstairs...nothing fancy, but not a rathole either. i don't know anything about all inclusives to philly...good luck!

FREE; first you find a large cardboard box and bring it with you, while in the city find an abandoned stoop with enough room for the box, set up the box and enjoy
