No. If someone is violating the rules and is being a pain in the behind, then we, as the users of yahoo answers, should have the right to report them.
It's then up to the Yahoo big wigs to decide whether or not that person gets removed.
However, I do think that the person getting reported should be told what they did and then get informed of whether or not it was legit.

Yes, and the participants here are abusing it big time.
IMO, Yahoo! Answers doesn't investigate the reported abuse the way they should. Yahoo! Answers should make reporting abuse more involved and in detail like Classmates for example. Do away with merely clicking a button.
