I honestly think I would, if I had sufficient proof, and there was another parent in the picture to take care of my child while I served out my sentence. One less sicko in the world, countless numbers of children saved from the life-long torment of molestation. What do you guys think?

Wow, hey corky, sorry about offending you with my lousy grammar, you really put your all into that answer...did you hurt your head? And sorry if this is a question that's been asked too many times for some of you, but it's hardly grounds for abuse, friends. It's in the news, a current event, and that makes it worth discussing, AGAIN. I guess I'm just a lousy human being, but if anyone did that to my kid, I'd be the one to smoke 'em, not some freak in a zoo.

O.K. wait just a doggone minute...some of you guys think this actually happened to me...it didn't, but if it did, I wouldn't deal with it here for God's sake! I heard about some guy who did stab his neighbor to death because the neighbor, (is that better corky?), molested his two year old daughter. Doesn't anybody read the newspaper anymore? Shheeesh!!

Paedolfiles get off more times than they get convicted. Especially if the child is as young as 2, it is your word against his as the child cannot speak for themselves. Its a really hard one. I have worked with victims of child sexual assault and the damage is horrific.
As much as you would want to kill the bastard, death is too kind and too quick....he needs to suffer as he has made the child suffer. The only way to make him suffer is to keep him alive, to make him pay for his terrible crime...proving it though is going to be very difficult, so I suggest you engage the counsel of a child psychologist as soon as possible.
I also think if he has done it to this child, he has probably done it to others, so talk to the people with young children in the neighbourhood, get their support.
I was involved in a similar case. An 8 months old little baby boy was sexually assualted by the male neighbour (actual penetration). The baby was taken to hospital where the doctor assessed that he had been sexually penetrated. The doctor later changed his story and said it could have been constipation which made his anus bleed. There was a nurse who firmly believed that the baby had been sexually assaulted and was prepared to attest to that fact in court. When I became involved, I rang the hospital to speak to this particular nurse, but found out she was no longer working there and they couldnt tell me where she was working. The only thing that helped this mother was the fact that this man had done it to other children and the parents started to come forward. 8 parents came forward which was enough for the police to arrest this man. Unfortunately, this man hanged himself while in jail awaiting the court case.
It is not worth a jail term to kill this man. Make him suffer, open your mouth, tell people about what he did, speak to other parents....His reputation will be shot to pieces, he will never be able to live in the neighbourhood without people looking at him like the dog he is. The only problem you face here is that this man could take you to court for harrassment......if, he wants the humilation of it going to court. Regardless of whether a man is innocent or guilty, his reputation is gone when it becomes common knowledge.
Just be sure of your facts first....engage a child psychologist...this little girls well being is your main concern....If it is not dealt with now then it could have far reaching effects. The safety and well being of the child has always got to be considered first and foremost....revenge can come later.
Also, engaging child psychologist can be quite costly, plus any later help this child may need will cost money, so it may be wise also for you to seek legal representation and get some money via the victims compensation scheme. I know it wont take back the assault, but it will help you pay for the counselling, etc this child will need if she is to grow up a healthy and happy adult.

NO.. Let the justice system take care of him... You can't save the world but your job now is to be a good mother to your kids and you raise them... If someone would actually be that dumb and do that murder act then they are not much better. Besides the kids would grow up and have a grudge against mom.. they would never say, Oh my mom was so brave to put a bad guy away. The kids would say, my mom did something stupid and I have to grow up without a mom

I understand the feeling, but it would not be worth it in the end. That slime is not worth the child being deprived of its parent for perhaps it's entire life. I'd let the law handle it. Pervs get what they deserve in prison-cons hate child molesters.

you should take anger management class. have you ever heard of the golden rule. do you want to go back to the barbaric ages? people killed over nothing then. today we live in a civilized society, and you dont just go around stabbing people until they are dead. in addition its wrong and against every principle set up in Christianity. what i want to know is are YOU okay? because if you'd do something like that, who knows what else you could/ would do?

i think that would be my very first instinct...however once i got my head right i would turn him into the authorities once the person goes to jail the other inmates will "fix" them up real good and save you from having to go to jail....

I'd want to torture the son of a b*tch, but I'd probably just stab him to death cuz I'd be so mad. I'd make sure to rip his nasty penis off while he was still alive to feel it, though.
